Biography

Fabian started as an Assistant Professor at UvA in September 2020 after receiving a PhD from the University of Mannheim. In this dissertation he investigated the link between rising income inequality and the mortgage debt boom in the US prior to the financial crisis. His research interests lie in the intersection of Distributional Macroeconomics, Household Finance and Macro-Finance.
