Dutch Networks Economics Day

  • Location
    Online
  • Date and time

    October 15, 2021
    13:00 - 17:00

Network Economics is a prominent new research approach towards economic research. Rather than treating markets as anonymous, this approach takes into account who interacts with whom in markets and organizations, leading to new insights on the emergence of economic crises, market inefficiencies and inequality.

Also, in The Netherlands more and more economists have been applying the network approach in their research. For the second time, we bring together Dutch network economists, and give them the opportunity to get acquainted with each other and each other's work.

Because of COVID-19, this year the event will be organized online.

Organizers: Michael Konig, Ines Lindner and René van den Brink - Tinbergen Institute and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
