Tuition Fees

*Early Bird: applications must be submitted before April 15, 2025 to avail of this discount.  

The course fee covers tuition, course materials, daily lunches and coffee/tea during short breaks, social event including a dinner and farewell drinks. The course fee does not include accommodation.

Payment

After your application is accepted, you will receive a notification including a payment request by email. Please note: The registration is only final after we have received your payment!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by us

If there are fewer than 15 registrations a month before the start date, the summer course will be cancelled. All course fees already paid will be reimbursed as soon as possible. We are not liable for refunding other costs. Please wait with making travel arrangements until you receive final confirmation about the course. Confirmed courses will have 'Confirmed' in their title. 

If for any reason the course moves online, students can decide whether they would like to participate in the online course for a reduced course fee or, cancel their participation. In the latter case, course fees already paid will be reimbursed as soon as possible.

Cancellation by student

The following costs are incurred should the particpant cancel before the start of the course, or leaves it prematurely once it has started. These costs are as follows:

• Cancellation more than 4 weeks before the start date, 85% reimbursement of the course fee. 
• Cancellation within 4 weeks of the start date, no reimbursement of the course fee.
