Abstract
The Online elicitation of Personal Utility Functions (OPUF) is a new method for eliciting health preferences. Unlike many traditional methods (like DCE, TTO, etc), OPUF does not require hundreds of participants, but works in small groups, and even on the individual person level; it aims to provide a modern toolkit to make patient preference information more widely available to researchers and decision-makers.
