Reduced fee for participants from countries on the OECD DAC list € 400
PhD and Master students € 500
Academics (incl postdocs) € 750
Professionals € 1.500

Payment

After your application is accepted, you will receive a notification including a payment request by email. Please note: The registration is only final after we have received your payment!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by us

If fewer than 15 participants register before the deadline of registration, the summer course will be cancelled. All course fees already paid will be reimbursed as soon as possible. We are not liable for refunding other costs. 

Cancellation by student

Costs will be owed in the event of cancellation or if the participant interrupts the course or ends it prematurely. These costs are as follows:

  • If the participant cancels more than 4 weeks before the start of the course, he/she will have to pay 15% of the full course fee
  • If the participant cancels within 4 weeks before the start of the course, he/she will have to pay the full course fee
