A warm welcome to our arriving students
Next week two new cohorts of students arrive to start a research master in Economics or Business Data Science!
We are pleased to have an international population of talented students who have chosen Tinbergen Institute's research master's program in Economics or Business Data Science for their graduate studies. A warm welcome to all 47 students. We look forward to them joining us here at Tinbergen Institute to start their exciting journey and become part of our academic community!
During the introduction week, before the start of the academic year, incoming students have the opportunity to take refresher courses in mathematics and programming in econometrics. In the weekend before the start, the student council organizes an overnight stay somewhere in the Netherlands for all incoming students.
Our programs offer students intensive research training in preparation for a PhD trajectory. We are sure that there are two exciting years ahead, with a lot of growth, both academically and personally. We wish all students the very best as they take an important step in their academic journey.
