Anne Boring:


Anne is Associate Professor of Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam. She is also an affiliated researcher at the Interdisciplinary Research Center for the Evaluation of Public Policies (LIEPP) at Sciences Po, Paris.

Boring researches gender dynamics in the labor market, focusing on career aspirations, workplace policies, and public policy interventions. Her work explores how gender equality policies impact careers and organizations, aiming to reduce inequality and improve labor market outcomes.
