Fellow Henri de Groot appointed Crown member of the SER

Research fellow Henri de Groot was named as Crown-appointed member of the Social Economic Council of the Netherlands (SER) by the Dutch Cabinet on Friday December 18, 2015.

 The SER is the main advisory body to the Dutch government and the parliament on national and international social and economic policy. De Groot is professor in Regional Economic Dynamics at VU University Amsterdam and affiliated to the Department of Spatial Economics and Ecorys (Rotterdam).
