Placement Simin He: Shanghai University of Finance and Economics

PhD student Simin He has accepted a position as a tenure-track assistant professor at the School of Economics at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, China. She will join this school on September 1, 2016.

Simin is an alumna (2013) of the TI MPhil program and currently a PhD candidate at the Centre for Research at Experimental Economics and Political Decision Making (CREED) at the University of Amsterdam. Simin expect to defend her PhD thesis ‘Games, Strategic Interaction, and Behavior’ in the second half of 2016. Her supervisors are TI fellows Theo Offerman and Jeroen van de Ven (both University of Amsterdam).

Simin’s academic interests lie in behavioral and experimental economics, game theory, and microeconomics.
