Fellow Arnoud Boot appointed Chairman of the European Finance Association

At the Annual Meeting of the European Finance Association (EFA) in Oslo last month, research fellow Arnoud Boot was appointed as Chairman of the EFA per 1 January 2017. His term of office will run through 2020.

The European Finance Association is the primary network of financial economists in Europe, bringing together academics, researchers and professionals. The European Finance Association as a platform hosts many initiatives e.g. the Annual Meetings and Doctoral Tutorials, and publishes the Review of Finance, one of the leading journals in financial economics.
