Lucyna is a PhD student in economics at the Macroeconomics and International Economiocs groups of the University of Amsterdam. Se expects to defend her dissertation on essays on Financial Frictions in the second half of 2015, under the supervision of TI fellow professor Sweder van Wijnbergen (UvA).

About the IMF Economist ProgramThe EP is an entry-level program for talented, recent PhD graduates in macroeconomics, finance, public finance, monetary economics, international economics, international trade, poverty issues, political economy, or econometrics who are interested in pursuing a career in international economics and finance.
