Placement Francisco Gomez Martinez: BI Norwegian Business School, Norway

PhD student Francisco Gomez Martinez has accepted a three-year postdoc position at The Centre for Experimental Studies and Research (CESAR) of BI Norwegian Business School, Norway.

Francisco was a PhD candidate at the University of Amsterdam under supervision of fellows Joep Sonnemans and Sander Onderstal. He defended is PhD thesis in November 2016. His research focuses on experimental industrial organization, and he is in particular interested in collusion and cartels, mergers, and auctions. His paper “Firm-specific information and explicit collusion in experimental oligopolies” (joint with both his supervisors) was published in the European Economic Review. Francisco is currently postdoctoral fellow at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
