Placement Lingwei Kong: University of Groningen

Lingwei Kong, a Ph.D. student at the University of Amsterdam, has accepted a seven-year tenure track Assistant Professor position at the University of Groningen. He will join the Faculty of Economics and Business in 2020.

Placement Lingwei Kong: University of Groningen

Lingwei finished his research master in Economics at Tinbergen Institute in 2016, after which he started a Ph.D. at the University of Amsterdam, supervised by Professor Frank Kleibergen. His primary research interests are in econometrics, with a focus on the statistical inference in financial applications. His Ph.D. dissertation studies the identification robust testing procedures of the factor risk premia. Find more information about Lingwei Kong on his personal website.
