New research fellow: Aksel Erbahar

Aksel Erbahar is an Associate Professor at the Erasmus School of Economics.

New research fellow: Aksel Erbahar

Aksel holds a PhD in International Economics from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID), and a Master of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics (LSE). Prior to his PhD, he worked at the Development Economics Research, Trade and International Integration (DECTI) unit of the World Bank in Washington DC. His research is on international trade, with particular focus on trade policy, global value chains, and political economy.
