Biography

Xingchen Zhu is an Assistant Professor of Finance at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. His research interests lie in the areas of corporate finance and information economics. The objective of his research is to better understand how different economic frictions can affect firms’ strategies, operations, and governance. He received a Ph.D. in Finance from Cass Business School, City, University of London and an M.Sc. in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
