Biography

Anna Abate Bessomo is a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Finance at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). She holds a PhD in Economics from the European University Institute (Florence, Italy). Working mostly theoretically, she focuses on organisational economics with a special emphasis on firm structure and corporate governance.
