We propose an experimental design that uses time pressure to elicit intuitive decision‑making. By allowing for both altruistic and spiteful choices in modified dictator games, we investigate whether intuition promotes prosocial or antisocial behavior. In addition, we test the consistency of participants’ choices under time constraints using revealed preference theory, examining whether intuitive decisions exhibit reduced adherence to rational choice axioms.
