New Research Fellow: Sam Hoey

Sam Hoey is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Applied Economics of the Erasmus School of Economics, Erasmus University Rotterdam.

New Research Fellow: Sam Hoey

Prior to this, he held a position as Lecturer (Assistant Professor) at the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom following a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Luxembourg. He completed his PhD in September 2022 at the Erasmus School of Economics.

His research interests lie in applied microeconomics, with a particular focus on personnel and labour economics. His work has been published in Management Science, Labour Economics and the International Journal of Industrial Organization.
