New Research Fellow: Zichen Deng
Zichen Deng is an Assistant Professor at the Amsterdam School of Economics, University of Amsterdam.
His research interests lie in applied microeconomics, with a particular focus on environmental economics, health, and development.
His recent projects examine the impacts of cloud seeding in China and the expansion of paid partner leave in the Netherlands.
Zichen obtained his PhD in Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and the Tinbergen Institute. He is an alumnus of the Tinbergen Institute's research master's in economics (2016), a selective, joint degree program.
