Biography

Gerben de Jong is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Spatial Economics at the VU University Amsterdam, where he also received his Ph.D. In 2020 he won a NWO Rubicon Grant, for which he is currently seconded to the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. His research interests are transport economics, industrial organization and applied econometrics.
